The Asankragwa KROYE KUO-USA, in collaboration with the Amenfi West Municipal Education Directorate, organized a quiz competition for basic schools in the municipality. Fifteen schools participated, with IBS Educational Complex, Mt. Calvary, and Buadum JHS advancing to the finals held on March 5, 2025, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Hall in Asankragwa. After four intense rounds, IBS Educational Complex emerged victorious with 56 points, followed by Mt. Calvary with 47 points and Buadum JHS with 40 points. The award ceremony took place at Boadum Park, attended by local dignitaries and community members.

Our team executed the inaugural Inter-Basic Schools Quiz Competition with great success, featuring remarkable participation from 15 schools. This platform not only highlighted their intellectual prowess but also fostered a spirit of healthy competition.

Collaboration with the Asankrangwa Hospital has proven invaluable to our nursing school. Through clinical placements and experiential learning opportunities, the nursing students gain real-world insights, enhancing their practical skills and fostering a deep understanding of patient care. We have donated medical books, enriching existing resources and empowering the students with knowledge they need to excel.

We donated two x-ray machines to the Asankrangwa Hospital, those have been installed and in great working condition. Patients in need of x-ray services do not have to travel over 50 miles to get service.

We donated essential items to mothers and newborns at the Asankrangwa Hospital to ensure they had the necessities as they embark on motherhood.

We donated equipment to the Asankrangwa Hospital to support the surgical needs of the people of Asankrangwa.
